This Site is provided for informational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of availability.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the MONO CLOSETS logo, typography, photography, copy, and design — is the intellectual property of MONO CLOSETS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Project pricing and estimates

No pricing is published on this Site. All estimates and proposals are provided in writing following a consultation.

Warranty reference

MONO CLOSETS provides a 2-year warranty on its workmanship and installation. Hardware is additionally covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. Full warranty terms are provided in the project agreement at time of purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MONO CLOSETS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or reliance on its content.

Text messaging terms (SMS)

Program: MONO CLOSETS sends text messages to customers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them — for example replies to inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and project updates.

Opt-in: you agree to receive texts by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by texting our studio number first, or by giving verbal consent during a call. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost: message frequency varies based on your project. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information; no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
