Custom Closets in Lake Balboa

Lake Balboa is one of the neighborhoods where our work is easiest to see: our portfolio includes two walk-in closets here, on Encino Ave. and on Peach Ave., both shown below with nearby projects in Van Nuys and Reseda.

Many Lake Balboa homes are single-story houses with bedroom closets that were built with one rod and one shelf. The rooms themselves are often generous enough for much more: a walk-in that uses every wall, or a reach-in with double hanging and a drawer bank.

On Encino Ave. the walk-in combines open shelving, built-in drawers, double hanging and long hanging in white melamine. On Peach Ave. a central drawer tower holds small items, with shelving on both sides for folded clothes, shoes and accessories.
