Custom Closets in North Hollywood

North Hollywood is one of the neighborhoods where we work most often. Our studio is a short drive away in Burbank, and our portfolio already includes several finished homes here — from a full-house project on Mary Ellen Ave. to walk-in closets on Whitsett Ave. and Ethel Ave.

Many North Hollywood homes are post-war bungalows and ranch houses with modest original closets, or remodeled homes where a spare bedroom can become a dressing room. In these houses the answer is often a mix: a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom, built-in wardrobes in the other bedrooms, and extra storage in the hallway.

That is exactly what we did on Mary Ellen Ave.: a walk-in closet, built-in wall units in three bedrooms and hallway storage, planned together so the finishes match throughout the house. On Ethel Ave. we combined a walk-in closet with a custom wardrobe; on Whitsett Ave. we built a walk-in closet around the room’s proportions.

We measure the rooms, bring material samples — melamine colors and wood-veneer panels with a factory lacquer finish — and talk through what you need to store.
