Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and project details when you submit a consultation or trade inquiry, call us, text us, or message us through the website chat or social media. We may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited through standard web analytics tools.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and communicate about your project. We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell it.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from MONO CLOSETS, we use it only to respond to your inquiry and to send messages about your project — for example consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and project updates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messages (such as our telecommunications provider), and only for that purpose.
Phone calls and AI assistant
Calls to our studio line and conversations in the website chat may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond accurately and follow up on your project. You will be told when a call is recorded. Recordings and transcripts are used only to serve you and are kept no longer than needed.
Closet designer and AI renders
When you design a closet in our online designer (MONO Space Preview) and send us your details, your design, its drawings and a PDF are saved with your inquiry. To create a photo-like render of your design, an image of your 3D closet design and a description of its layout and materials are sent to Google’s Gemini image service. Your name and contact details are not sent to Google. The render is shown to you, added to your PDF and saved with your inquiry; it is an illustration, and the final design is confirmed after the in-home measurement.
Third parties
We use third-party service providers to operate our business: analytics (such as Google Analytics), email delivery, telephone and text-message delivery, and our customer management system where inquiries and project details are stored securely. These providers process information only on our behalf and have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with any third party for their own marketing.
Advertising measurement
When we advertise on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), their measurement tags on this Site may record that a visit came from an ad and that an inquiry form was sent or a phone link was tapped, so we can see which ads work. Your name, email, phone number and design are not sent with these events. You can limit ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) and Meta ad preferences, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
