Laundry Room Storage

Kitchen-grade rigour applied to the utility room. Workflow, concealment, and finishes that belong to the rest of the home.

Laundry Room Storage Los Angeles MONO CLOSETS

A laundry room that works well is a product of precise sequencing: where you sort, where you wash, where you fold, where you hang. Most laundry rooms are designed around the appliances. We design them around the workflow — and then fit the appliances into a system that supports it.

The result is a room where the cabinetry conceals what should be concealed, surfaces are at the right height for their purpose, and the finish is consistent with the home it belongs to.

01
Workflow sequenced
Sort, wash, dry, fold, hang, iron. Each step has a spatial requirement. We map the workflow first and design the cabinetry around it.
02
Appliances integrated
Washing machines, dryers, and drying racks are integrated into the cabinetry — concealed behind doors, positioned at ergonomic heights.
03
Surfaces specified
A fold-down ironing board, a countertop at the right height for folding, a pull-out rack for hanging — designed into the millwork, not added as afterthoughts.
04
Finish consistent with the home
Lacquered cabinets, a stone countertop, and integrated lighting make a laundry room belong to the rest of the home.

Questions

Common questions

Can you integrate a drying rack?+
Yes — pull-out ceiling racks, wall-mounted fold-down racks, and dedicated hanging rails are all options we design into the millwork.
What about ventilation and moisture?+
We specify moisture-resistant materials and ensure the cabinetry layout does not obstruct appliance ventilation.
Can a laundry room connect to a mudroom?+
Yes — a combination we design regularly. The two rooms share a logic: concealment, organisation, and the management of items coming in and out of the home.
